By accessing and using NextUni Education's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
NextUni Education provides:
- Educational counseling for Medical, Engineering, Management, and Law entrance exams
- College selection guidance and admission support
- Career counseling and academic planning
- Documentation assistance for admissions
3. Service Packages
3.1 Gold Plan (₹25,000)
- One-on-one counseling sessions
- College shortlisting and selection guidance
- Application form filling assistance
- Document verification support
- Post-admission guidance
3.2 Platinum Plan
Customized pricing based on specific requirements. Contact us for personalized quotation.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
- Services commence after successful payment verification
- We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets
5. Service Delivery
- A dedicated counselor will be assigned within 24 hours of payment
- Initial consultation will be scheduled within 48 hours
- Services are valid for the current admission cycle
- Sessions can be conducted online or in-person (subject to availability)
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit required documents promptly
- Attend scheduled counseling sessions
- Inform us of any changes in contact information
- Make final admission decisions independently
7. Limitation of Liability
NextUni Education provides guidance and support, but:
- We do not guarantee admission to any specific institution
- Final admission decisions rest with educational institutions
- We are not responsible for changes in admission policies or cutoffs
- Our liability is limited to the service fee paid
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and advice provided by NextUni Education are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all student information and counseling sessions. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be in courts of [Your City], India.
