SMSR provides compulsory rotatory internship training through Sharda Hospital, which is attached to the medical college. The hospital handles a high patient load and offers practical exposure in multiple departments, including medicine, surgery, paediatrics, orthopaedics, emergency medicine, and critical care. Internship stipend is provided as per university norms.
